I feel like I am doing ok with my RDI and exercise. Not going to worry about the 2 pound gain. Could be water weight as I drink a lot of water. Keep the faith and enjoy the journey. I will get to my goal weight no matter how long it takes. Being almost 300 when I started 240 is ok but not where I want to be.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes - good plan. It takes time but look at your 60 pound loss already!
