Ah, April Fools Day. Unofficial weigh in is up one pound. Hopefully that is only for today. I feel like a brand new month needs a brand new focus. I joined 2 challenges, but I already do 90% of what the challenges are, so maybe they are not challenge enough. (I actually picked them because they were easy - cop out!!) Perhaps I should focus more on my actual nutrition vs calories. That might help. I have been stuck on my little plateau for 3 weeks now. I stay under my calories, but my food choices are not always so wonderful. I have already been adding more fresh veggies, and don't eat too many carbs, although I love them. I know I need less processed snacks, but I refuse to throw anything out. I will not buy more when I am out, but I will keep eating them till they are gone. I'll have to give it some thought and see what I come up with. Any suggestions?
