Hello Monday. It is truly a Monday kind of Monday, so I can't wait for it to be over! Just 3 and 1/2 hours to go! Naturally, since I just broke even on the scale this week I am particularly hungry and want to eat anything that is not nailed down. I am resisting though, and trying to fill up on water. I'll take my work walk soon, hopefully that will help. Eventually I won't be able to do that anymore since Arizona doesn't understand what Spring is and just jumps straight to Summer. It should not be 95 degrees yet - so bummed. Although I know many of you are looking forward to the warmth of the coming season - sorry I can't send any your way! :) Have a great Monday folks.
