So, my problem areas are my stomach and thighs. My stomach still has the post-preggo look and my thighs still have the effects of puberty changes that occurred (weight gain caused stretch marks and cellulite). I've heard somewhere about dry brushing and coconut oil is good for helping to get rid of the appearance, so I'm going to try it along with diet and exercise of course. I've been using coconut oil and tea tree oil on my legs and stomach for the past few days and it seems they may be helping reduce the appearance. I worked my stomach and arms out today with a tougher workout. I feel like I'm going to see and feel results if I make sure I'm eating right. Wow! Thank you for explaining that. The graphic is so interesting. Lymphatic drainage is important.

You all should try it. I'm going to try to keep doing it. It's recommended twice a day. They say your skin may be red and tender the first few days until your skin becomes accustomed to it.
