cardiac rehab orientation today, class starts Monday. came home and dutchess, my dog who is recovering from surgery and I walked the width of our house and the neighbors, turned around and came back in not to bad for my first walk in the cold since the heart attack. both of us making progress. Dutches ate a little, first time since Wednesday the 25th. We are both doing recovery together and we are both going to lose weight. Can't wait until I am back to walking more, but was reminded today my heart needs time to recover. Have a Blessed day and thank you all for your support.
