ok, no exercise as yet, am wanting to get started on the exercise soon, need to start getting a bit more serious in this area
am off to a diabetic class for new sufferers in the morn, need to be there by 9.30 this alone is going to be a challenge let alone the 8am start for choir practice on good friday this week
am going to have to keep a level head so that I can remain civil around food and not treat it like it is a long lost enemy that I want to take heated revenge on. it would be better to treat said food as a long lost friend whereas one embarrasses it but does not attack like a starved cat left with out food for a week
good luck to you all on this site, wish you the best and let's see who survives this easter week, till next sunday comes along and ends the chocolate craze

Hi Annie!
Good for you by going to classes that will help you. It sounds like you have a good outlook on life.:)
I think that it might be helpful for you to go out in the back yard, dig a hole, and put your chocolates in it. Bury it...You can always dig it up latter! LOL
Are we not going to hear from you again until next Sunday? ah! God Bless~Ann:)

oh no...you will be hearing from me every day
I am just wishing all well for easter
What's this about digging a hole in the back yard for my choc, it won't do any good, I will know where it is....LOLL, oh that chocolate though, it was made to tempt the tempted, of which I am one of those who can't resist
