ok, I may have gone over a bit, but I managed to have a proper lunch and tea and not too much
I didn't need the 5 biscuits with my coffee, 2 would have done and I didn't manage to have any fruit today but I did have protein for breakfast and lunch and tea, really considering I didn't do a bad job with my eating
now to keep this up tomorrow and start adding some exercise
