Hey that is awesome! And, yes, my trainer always say breathe in through the nose and out the mouth - once you get the breathing rhythm you can go on and on - you will find the sweet spot where you are not over exerting and it is a comfortable run!

Great job, I never could do the whole in through the nose out through the mouth thing when I ran a lot but it also supposed to help keep you cool and steady while running. But once you get a good rhythm running everything else is cake with it. Took me a long time to learn how to run, I sure do miss it.
