thank you for your support. I need the encouragement. I needed something out of my environment. I have been exercising for at least 30 mins. m.t.w. I will so some walking today. confession. yesterday fell off the wagon hambuger and slice of cheesecake at fast food place--that was hard to admit.

Thanks for admitting that you ate the Hamburger!:) (ouch...hard to do, right?) :) "Admission, is the first step of stepping out of Denial!"-(Which is the fist step in the 12 steps recovery!:) when I fall off the wagon, I myself, try and let it go, and continue on my diet. Welcome and be strong. I feel your pain about the hamburger and cheesecake. I have learned to log my foods, even when it does not look good, even when those calorie numbers are not what I want them to be. It helps me recognize when I am working against myself and my ultimate goal of a healthier life. Good luck to you!

Welcome! Don't worry too much about the burger and cheesecake. A little slip is okay. Just start over. I go by calories - if I have enough calories for a burger, and I want a burger, I have a burger! Logging and keeping track works for keeping me under my totals. Good luck!
