Hi,
I am a 59 year old mother of 5 who spent most of her life very obese or at least around 20 years. I went on Dr. Dean Ornish program for reversing heart disease due to my sister having heart disease and lost 120 lbs never being hungry.

I wish I could do it again but just don't have the fear in me now. I have gained back 30 lbs in the past 11 years and I am afraid that I will end up at 282 again.
I weigh 202 and I am 5ft 8 inches tall. I am glad to have found this site on my droid x smartphone because taking the phone with me everywhere helps and I like that it downloads any info into my computer.

I suppose I could just write it down on paper but for some reason it is fun with the phone. I also like that i can scan what I eat with the bar code scanner and it automatically puts it in for me.

I really want a buddy and know that it will help me a lot but can't find out how to get one on this site.

Did you ever get any reply's on this? I too have read about this fasting being real good for you and also had a friend who did it and lost a ton of weight. I would like to try but need someone to do with me so I know what to expect.

NON GM FOOD
IS ANYONE ON HERE TRYING TO EAT ONLY FOOD THAT IS NOT GENETICALLY MODIFIED? IF SO THEN I WOULD LIKE SOME IDEAS ON WHAT TO EAT AS I AM TRYING TO EAT HEALTHY BUT EVERYTHING WE EAT IS BAD FOR US IN SOMME WAY.
