It's been a good break. I gained 10 pounds but it's time to start the diet again.
Last year I went from 245 to 200. I'm 210 now and I hope to be 180 by mid fall.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
