walked 7.1 miles...worked out hard..3 planks, sit ups, lifted all weights..

go vegan guys..easiest and safest and most delicious way to lose weight...a plan you never have to go off..good for us, the planet and the animals..I would never kill an animal..most of us would be incapable of killing a cow or a pig...so sacrifice a nice baked potato today with a bunch of broccoli..or have some brown rice and beans with onions...you will be swimming in serotonin and never have to take anymore of those terrible anti depressants...been clean and sober over 30 years...mostly vegan for all those years...totally vegan for the past 4...see below..
