Today is a special day. First time in my adult life I've been in the "normal" BMI range. Words can't describe how happy I am right now.

144.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb. Still to go: 24.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 3.9 lb a week
