Sick today, sore throat - even worse than yesterday.. it sucks... I can't do nothing properly... I just wanna sleep and wake-up and have this pain gone, being on the phones at work doesn't help... will see, maybe I will end-up going home... what a Friday...

I'm sorry to hear you're still sick... If you have thyme at home, make an infusion with it and drink it all day. I started to have a sore throat too on wednesday after going to town, because of air conditioning. I'm lucky it didn't last! summer "colds" are the worse ones... if you're going home, just rest. don't try to workout or do anything. Your body needs to fight the disease, and the best thing you can do to help it is... doing nothing! I don't know how many grams of vit C you're taking, but when you're sick you can take 2 or 3 grams a day no problem. Hope you'll feel better very very soon! take care. Anne
