Good report from My blood work. Have been anemic for over a year, still taking iron, and B-12, But " Praise God " all my blood work was good , liver panel ,kidney function. and my cholesterol was 187, first time ever in normal range. I credit that to taking coconut oil. Dr. said whatever I have been doing to keep on doing.So that means she ok-ed my diet. YooHoo!! I know the prep I had to drink, had sugar, it was really sweet. I checked the label but didn't say, But I have had a day of cravings like I haven't had since the beginning. but I made it through. Good night all...God Bless....we will do this again tomorrow. one day at a time!!
