So, here I am. I totally came across this website by default. I think this is one of the greatest tools for people who are trying to lose weight. I actually lost a total of 30 pounds and inches thus far. I was actually 270.8 ibs. a few days ago. I went away to the shore for a few days and gained. It's okay, because I have self-control to jump back on the horse. I know that I have a huge goal ahead of me, but I know that I can do it. I have a very positive outlook, and I am a very confident person. I know that I will be losing weight...I just hope to inspire others. I wish that I would've started a lifestyle change sooner. Perhaps I didn't have the self-confidence to make the first steps, but I am back. I am in full swing...I can't wait to see the pounds and inches drop! I can't wait to be 250 ibs. That will be about a 50 ib. weight drop! Ah, the first 50 ibs lost...that sounds so exciting :)
