Happy Fathers Day! Hopefully a bbq and fishing on the agenda today weather permitting. I love to bbq. Can easily be made low carb friendly and I dont have to do the grilling lol.

Took a little hiatus from the cardio workouts while I healed from minor knee surgery. Going to start back in a little at a time today. Doctor recommended only low impact from now on. Now running or jumping. Not even walking unless on a surface with some give. But I live in Missouri! No beaches here lol! So Im on the search for low impact excercises. Kickboxing was recommended but dont have time for classes and havent found any on dvd. Found a TaeBo dvd at on clearance at walmart. Might try that today and modify if necessary. Grrr...excercise, the necessary evil!

I hope you were able to have your bbq-sounds awesome! Especially if you fish, and grill the fish you catch! Love grilled fish! Good luck with your low impact exercises. Sorry about your knee. I hope it mends fast for you. Even after it heals, they say that a brisk walk is better for you than running anyways! Too hard on your joints.
