Yesterday was a cardio day. Too bad it was rainy all day so I had to workout in the gym. I did 25 minutes on the treadmill. Started out at 3.0 mph and 9% incline. After my 4 minute warmup increased to 12% for 3 min and then 15% for 3 minutes. Then I went to 30% for 1 minute decreasing 3% every minute until I got back to 9%. My 4min cooldown was flat (0%). Then I did 10 minutes on the stairmaster. I felt pretty good afterwords even though I was a little tired. It was a good workout, lots of sweat.

Tonight is leg night with the trainer. Woo hoo!
