New week, new outlook...for this week I've joined a challenge of not eating any process foods. During my health crisis I stayed away from many processed foods and regained my health. This challenge will assist me in remembering and becoming better dedicated to eating CLEAN and whole foods. My word and actions for this week and into Tues. of next week when the challenge is officially over is CLEAN. I will strive to live CLEAN in all of my doings and being.
