Plateau continues. But I've been eating really well and feel good. I think my waist is going in. No sugar for three days!!
177.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.6 lb a week

Weight loss DOESN'T mean anything!! Measurements DO!!! You may be gaining muscle which is excellent. Remember even though a pound of fat weighs the same as a pound of muscles, you won't be bump and lumpy. Also 1 pound of muscle burns more calories than one pound of fat.
