Google "why the scale lies". Any change/increase in exercise can cause our muscles to retain water to help them heal. It can show on the scale as no loss, a temporary gain or small loss. Once your muscles get used to the new exercise, you will see the scale move more. It takes actual months of hard work to gain actual muscle (especially for women). But gaining one pound of fat will help your body burn an extra 50 calories a day. So keep working out. Take your measurements. You can lose fat and not see the scale move.
