I'm happy to have lost weight. I have done well eating the right foods and drinking fluids. I'm weighing on the same scale in the mornings so I think it's giving consistent weights. I hope to be able to maintain my progress. I have a pattern of getting close to goal weight and then gaining weight again.
171.2 lb Lost so far: 33.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
