RUSD's Journal, 06 March 2015

I hit my goal to exercise five days this week!! That is a major accomplishment for me and I am very happy =D Now it's just a matter of repeating it.
176.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
