Down another pound!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am feeling so happy abut that, especially because it's spring break next week. :) My school is taking us to connect with organizations in Hawai'i. We are going to be working with native Hawaiians and helping them in their local efforts.

I'll be back in the 140s in no time. My goal to lose 100 pounds and get to 127 is probably still possible!! I'd lost hope again for a while. My mood is back in the upswing. :D

Today was also time for my monthly body fat measurement. This is how I've done:

Last month's stats are:

Body Fat 36 %
Fat Mass 53lbs
Lean Mass 95 lbs

This month's stats are:

Body Fat 38 %
Fat Mass 57 lbs
Lean Mass 93 lbs

This makes sense. I work full time and also go to grad school and volunteer as an editor for a local publication. This past month was crunch time for the publication AND school. I almost thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown at one point. I'm not surprised by the rise in body fat or the loss of lean mass. I was in survival mode most of the time, so it makes a lot of sense to see these numbers.

But, it appears the madness is over! I lost one pound this week and feel motivated. I'm going to eat a banana and lift some weights when I get offline.
