I just returned from spring break in Hawai'i. I was expecting a higher weight gain, so I'm happy that it's only a 3 pound gain!

I want to do my stats because I want to believe that the pounds are muscle. We did A LOT of service work on the land, so I''m hoping I'm fitter. Let's see:

This month's beginning stats were:

Body Fat 38 %
Fat Mass 57 lbs
Lean Mass 93 lbs

This week I'm at:

Body Fat 40 %
Fat Mass 61lbs
Lean Mass 92 lbs

Nope! It's fat. Lolz. Eating Hawaiian food and Japanese food everyday for a week was definitely an experience I would not trade. I don't feel bad, but it's time to get into gear and get that 40% down back to my recent low of 37%!

153.0 lb Lost so far: 74.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
