Hi all i hope when you read this ..you nay take something away ..i have to start being a bit realistic about this ..now i have to kick myself and finnally take charge ..list every i eat ..always ...exercise more ..now that is a tough one ..need to find more time ..this stay the same has to change , i am not giving up but i have to do something ..yep i know i eat too many carbs but, i hope to change that ..
