I need to up my fiber. I have been looking at my food charts and notice I am doing great on protien and calories but my fiber is to low.
I have added three or four servings of veggies and some fruit but it is still to low.
It is really hard to get all the nutrition you need. It is either one or the other that has to suffer.
I am also trying to eat around 1800 to 2000 calories a day because of all the workouts I do and that is really hard to fit that many calories in in a day. Especially if you are not allowed gluteen. All the healthy things to eat are low in calories and I would have to be eating all day long to get that many in.
Guess I just have to do what I can and as long as it stays working I should not complain. Really I should not complain at all if I am full all day and have not met my calories for the day. Most people would live that! YES, I enjoy not being hungry all day I just hope I am not doing more harm than good with the exercise I am doing.
I am sure I am fine. If I start getting tired all the time then I should cut back but for now going to push through these next five weeks.
Hope everyone is doing great!!

Wow you have a great chart and have come a long way! Keep up the good work! Being hungry is overrated, I have lost weight steadily without starving between meals. Giving your body enough fuel will make it very happy! maybe it will give you a gift of weight loss in return! ;)

The workouts have actually given me more energy, yes I am tired at the end of the day, but I fond now I have a little bit more spunk. I have a hard time getting it all in too...for that extra fiber I take metamucil. It helps a lot.
