Did both my yoga workouts this morning. Just finished Jillian Michaels 6 weeks to 6 pack abs and am to tired to type anymore, lol.
One week down and five more to go!

You are doing great!!! I have not been on here in a quite a while and thought I would check to see how everyone is doing. So proud of you, amazing!! I have not gained nor lost, but have really been exercising the past 2 weeks, not weighing myself though, doing the measuring thing every 2 weeks..I eat more salt than I should so tend to retain water so the scale is not always my friend in that regard. Keep it up, you probably look great right where you are! :)

WOW nice drop on the scale there! Being that tired after a workout feels great as well (at least I think) :). Awesome that you did all of it! Have a great rest of your evening.

Thanks guys! I am now staying away from the scale for a month. After the next five weeks I will take a pic and compare to the old one I took and see the differnce that way instead of the scale. I will probably gain but I am going to gain muscle.....fingers crossed.Haha
