I have not been writing in this journal because its the same old thing. I get tired of not losing or gaining for no reason. The weather is schitty and can't get out to do anything. I finally got my hair cut and today I have to go to the doctor. Other than that its the same old day. I do want to start spring cleaning, but I really like to do it when the sun shines. Not much of that here. I am getting tired of eating salad and grapefruit. I thought grapefruit was to help lose, but not for me!!!
