I am so tired of not losing. It makes me mad! The scale is not my friend. If I could stop the snacking that would help. I can hardly wait for the weather to get better, so I don't have to worry about getting sick going out in it. Or having an accident. Exercise is not worth getting sick or wrecking the car.
