1338 kcal Fat: 38.74g | Prot: 82.72g | Carb: 166.63g.   Breakfast: Coffee, trop50, pam, parkay spray, natures own thin sliced bagel, egg. Lunch: subway swiss cheese, baked lay's original, subway lite mayo, 6" subway club. Dinner: diet sunkist, garlic powder, mrs. dash, extra virgin olive oil, asparagus, i can't believe it's not butter! light, fat free sour cream, potato, great value chicken seasoning and coating mix, boneless pork chop. Snacks/Other: breakstone's cottage doubles. more...
