I know it's tough - but it helps me to hear that other people are also struggling. I've had a rough (few) month(s)... but hearing that from others reminds me that I'm human AND that we can all bounce back. Keep going! :)

I decided if it wasn't good enough for my body I wouldn't give it to the boys either. The rebelled, initially, but they really don't miss what's not in the house. They still get all nostalgic if they go to the store with me. It can be exhausting to have them wanting stuff like Twinkies (and I want it too). But really, it doesn't taste so good when I have it (after you've not been eating it) and we usually look at the label and see we can't pronounce most of it so it's probably not real food anyway. I do NOT want them to have weight problems or food issues!
