19. Going well so far. Please have a look at the cracker recipe. It is not one the "faking" crackers. They are really gourmet crackers. You will be delighted. :-)
My cold going away. Yesterday we had another snow fall and freezing rain. Today everything is ice. I am home from work. I am wasting my vacation time on snow. Son and husband managed to "skate" their way to the cars.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
