Not a lot of weight loss, which is frustrating. Well I guess I'll have to step it up a bit. Not exactly sure how to measure my body fat, guess I'll google it, lol.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
