Last week I didn't drop a single pound but I was sure it was due to the fact I went to a party the night before and has holding a lot of well lets call it water lol. I was sure my weight was wrong and was really looking forward to what the scale said this morning, well with the week off from lifting over I killed it in the gym this week and the scale is the proof. Birthday next weekend and now I can rock my birthday suit with pride lol
206.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
