Museseeker's Journal, 01 March 2015

Bleh......still trying to find my balance now that I am back to eating more carbs. Also feeling bloated due to TOM. I am wanting to start to focus on exercise more now (although still of course watching my food intake). I want to be walking at least 2 miles per day by the end of March- on treadmill or elliptical until it warms up. I want to be in shape, weight and exercise wise, before my trip to Italy in June. I will be doing ALOT of walking there, and eating!

OH - how I wish I could go to Italy with you! Yes, you will walk and eat.

The Italy trip sounds wonderful. You will do great after you have built up your stamina with walking and exercising. I am adding more carbs in the form of beans and whole grains. It is a balancing act that I am working on :( Good Luck!!
