I have been doing well on the diet so far. My family keeps making brownies and things I shouldn't eat and it is sooo tempting. I allow myself one every once in a while so that i don't end up eating like 20 at one time. Had grilled chicken and vegetables for dinner and it was absolutely delicious! Workouts start again tomorrow and I am actually looking forward to it.
