Ok, I need to start losing some weight because I have gained a lot in the past year. I would like to be able to keep this up for a long time. I am not looking for a quick fix but something that I can do forever.

I plan to:
Go to the gym, for at least 30 minutes, 3 times a week and do aerobic exercise.
Eat a healthy diet of no more than 1900 calories.

Here's to trying!
