Ate out a couple of times this week, so just maintaining ...
fell thru a crack in the diet plan and found a summer roll ... hard to resist the sugar cravings!
Salad dressing is adding useless calories - need to buy fat free from now on ....
138.4 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
