So bumble bee solid white albacore in water was on sale this week(10 cans for $10) Not something I usually get.I'm more of a steak and eggs kind of guy.But I figured 26 grams of protein 2 grams of fat zero carbs and only 120 calories, that will work!Gave it a try and I must say it tastes like cardboard.I added a tablespoon of bbq sauce and what a difference now it tastes like cardboard with bbq sauce.Maybe by the tenth can it will grow on me.lol

Buy Tonno Tuna at Costco. Perhaps not as low in fat and cals, but very tasty.

Good thing about the solid white albacore, much more Omega 3 than chunk or chunk light. I like tuna plain but some light mayo or mustard goes good with it IMO.

olive oil and vinegar, with chopped pickle might make it taste better.

I always add salt and garlic. And I eat pickles on the side. You can also add chopped celery or eat it in a celery stick. Cheese is also good.
