Fell off the low-carb wagon during three-day trip to Chicago. Got right back on when I returned home, and salvaged a slight weight-loss for the week. Important to stay strong during social events centered around eating and drinking.
182.1 lb Lost so far: 14.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
