extremely disappointed with 0.4 lb weight loss this past week. stayed around 2k cals and 20 g carbs every day and no beer or spirits. maybe today's weight was an aberation. giving 20 g intake a few more days to produce results before moving to <40 g stage.

Take out a stick of butter and look at it. That's how much fat you lost this week from your body (probably a little more). Any loss is a good thing. It all adds up and takes us to goal.
