Another good week in following my diet. Cut back daily calorie intake from 2800 as recommended by this application down to 1500.
289.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah, the 1500 will get you there. You may even find that 2000 calories is more realistic for a daily Maintenance intake (once you hit 220). Good drop, by the way!

Thanks for the positive comments. I am sure the weight loss will slow down after awhile. This is the most motivated I have been in a long time to keep with a diet. Which I have been doing all my life. Even when I did 20 years in the US Navy. I weighed 233 when joined Navy in 1973. In March I will be turning 61 the age my father died of heart attack and seems to be the age of my fathers side of family to die at that age. Working on breaking that record and for many more years.
