CANT EVEN LOOK AT MYSELF IN THE MIORROR I AM SO DISGUSTED

Sweetheart I hate that feeling, I'm so sorry you're there. My suggestion, if you want it, would be to cut out carbs. After 3-5 days you'll be down 5-6 pounds (all water but it will motivate you to keep going). That's the cycle I'm stuck in, but it sure feels good to lose 5 pounds in a flash. Good luck hon.

You're still a little lighter then I was when I started at 246. A mirror and I went head to head. Really really looked at myself naked. That's what pushes a lot of us. We hide behind the sweats and baggy clothes. Now is the time to get on track.

Your body needs carbs. Carbs are not bad for you. I am sorry you are feeling this way. Just try one small habit: eating more veggies or fruit or exercising a bit more, etc. It will all add up over time.

Yeah, I know that feeling, as well. No carbs sounds great, but you'll be fine with carbs. I saw something somewhere that showed a few ways to go about it, 20-50, 50-100, and 100-150, the lower you go, the more you're targeting weight loss but it hurts your diet... as in, it makes it harder to eat nice things. We all needs treats once in a while, even small, furry animals need a treat now and again. :P Some people can surely go without treats, because they're inhumanly focused (respect to those people) but most of us need that psychological break, if anything, let alone the yumminess. Anywho, I went up about 6lbs recently, in a matter of 1 day, even after doing a 14.8 mile treck (5 hours) but lost it in two days... just water and waste. It's normal for a woman to have weight fluctuate even up to 10lbs as you have, so there is that. Give it a few days, see if it goes back down, make sure you're "regular", keep up the exercise and dieting... don't give up!

"but you'll be fine with carbs" - sorry, just want to say that what I meant by this is that you can still lose weight while taking in carbs, so you can go the harder route that might be more risk of falling over, or you can go the easier route with more stability, ... YMMV. ;)
