WOO-HOO- Happy-Happy- Happy. even though I did get mixed up on my start, I am very pleased, I have really been faithful and am still learning. I sub lettuce leaf for bread, that helps. forgot to get salad dressing mine had too many carbs, been watering down mayo, works. Thank you all for your support . It helps reading what everyone posts. Thanks fat secret, this is such a help to me Encouraged!!!!

I really had a mix up on my weigh in , I lost 4 lbs the first week, and wasn't sure what diet I was going to follow . and this week I have followed Atkins interdiction and lost 8 , so it is really 8 this week , Hopefully I am good now, I went back and tried to fix it and made a bigger mess.

Andy 2 weeks I lost 4 the first week (trying to figure out which diet I was going to follow . Got serious last week , lost 8 I am excited!!
