So this past week we had a sleet storm and the weather was cold, very cold!!! At one point during the week I weighed in the morning and I had gained all my weight back. That is why I was surprised when I weighed in this morning and was down even a little .6 lbs. At this point I will take it, very depressing.
148.1 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
