So I'm back up 1.1. Between the burger Friday night and Valentine's Day dinner, that pretty much did me in. Been real hard this time around to lose any weight, getting frustrated.
148.7 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
