I am so happy! I hit 135 this morning. I have been drinking a ton more water, making sure I eat something small every few hours, and getting more exercise. Also, I have been making sure to get more fiber in my day. It is easy to get high fiber snacks, and since I am having to remind myself to eat, I keep these snacks around instead of unhealthy ones.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
