Doing pretty good. Had a wonderful weekend with my son, daughter-in-law, and my beautiful 6 month grandson. Made sure I went for a good walk everyday. That's new for me, as I usually just sit around and eat and drink when I go there. Slowly changing the lifestyle. This can happen. Hope everyone is do well on their journey.
258.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 88.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
