I need some encouragement 🥴top weight was 377 now today I am 316 looks like alot of weight loss but it has taken me a few years to get here😳 im 66 and disabled due to my size 😫 HELP!!!!!!!

The only way you can "fail" is if you give up, otherwise you are simply taking you next best step. Sometimes it helps to think of this journey as a change of lifestyle. Meaning there is no distinct end... you have changed your life... you are not ever going to reach the end.

That’s pretty amazing progress. And if it took a while, that means you kept at it. Awesome! Rather than focusing on the number part, think about the changes the progress you’ve already made have made in your life. You have already done so much: I know you can do whatever you set your mind to next.

I don't lose 10 pounds the next day, but I don't gain 10 pounds either. You don't need a product that claims to "lose weight just by doing ________" to lose weight. Simply "keep on managing your diet" and everyone will surely lose weight. Of course, you will lose weight, too, without exception. |つ°▽°|つ)ペシッ In my opinion, the most important thing to lose weight in a healthy way is patience. You will lose weight. Let's go slowly.✨ ▽<|b✨

Little daily steps. Took you and all of us to put on this weight a long time so it will take you time to take it off. Patience. Make healthy choices every day. Every hour. Every minute. Try to move. Walk, swim anything helps to burn extra calories. You got this. It’s ok to fall down. Pick yourself up and try again.

Yes, have faith in the process, make healthy choices and be happy with each pound you drop down. Also, look up chair exercises! Very easy and possibly you could do some of them.

You will get there. One step at a time. I've been watching Dr John McDougall on youtube and Paul Revella a body builder coach for inspiration. I've lost 75 pounds by following Dr McDougall's advice. I only recently joined this app. referred by Paul Revella. You are worth it. Good luck on your journey.
